"We went apartment hunting and we had such a great experience with Cody. We really appreciate his thoroughness, warmness and friendliness a lot. He answered all of our questions, let us view a lot of the apartments and showed us the difference between quartz and vinyl sheet. We had such a wonderful time!"

"I visited echo mountain today and met with Cody, the leasing agent. He was very thorough and quickly found a good fit for me based on my price range and apartment must haves. He was able to describe what the layout would be in great detail since I could not tour the exact unit. He also provided explanations on the pricing, and reasons behind the daily price changes. Urging me to sign up for the lease sooner than later to save some money long term. Thank you Cody for a wonderful tour experience, for being attentive and answering all my questions."

"It was an absolute pleasure going on tour with Brittney at Echo Mountain - and interacting with her friendly and professional team, Eli and Mikhaila! She showed me a few of their renovated Townhomes, and I LOVED the modern look the cabinets, flooring, and countertops gave. I also got to see their gorgeous amenities; such as the pool, hot tub, and the on-site gym that connects to the office with a unique spiral staircase! Brittney and Eli both shared their delight in the property events they hold for their residents such as Make your own Italian soda, Build your own pizza and an Easter egg hunt - that sounded like so much fun! It really shows how much this team cares about their residents and guests. One of the best properties I have ever seen on a tour and so WELL kept! I recommend considering Echo Mountain as your future home if looking in the area."

"I can't thank Eli, the leasing agent, enough for all of his help. We originally had an appointment at 12:15. Something came up last minute and he agreed to see us at 1:45 instead. We were still 15 minutes late and he was SO accommodating! He was also super thorough with all of the information we needed and was so patient and answered all of our many questions. Eli was also so kind to my kids. They loved him! They had so much fun finding the ducks in the office. Thank you for keeping them engaged while my husband and I processed what we learned from our tour. And thank you for being so patient! Echo Mountain's grounds were very clean and well maintained. It has all of the amenities that we are looking for. I highly recommend checking them out."

"10/10 Best Move In I've ever experienced I could brag about how great the apartment is or how beautiful the grounds are but honestly it's the people here that make Echo Mountain shine. Eli in the front office has been the most helpful and professional person. From my tour, to my first day, to checking in on me along the way he has been so knowledgeable and kind. What a king. Enrique one of the maintenance team members has also been a great help. He's resolved things quickly, professionally and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. My kids also think he's funny. We are very excited to call Echo Mountain home."

"Overall experience here is great. It would be nice if there are signs of the building letters. I live in a single letter apartments and I keep getting deliveries that are meant for the double letter apartments."
